great suggestion, brad, on the total immersion book.

been reading through the book a bit and doing the drills from the plastic companion book (great to have that poolside).  Today, tagged along with the usual crew and copied their workout.  today, instead of swimming half their distance, I was able to do about 2/3 the distance on some of the drills.
